You may have more than one account with that email address, and in this situation the system automatically defaults to the account set up earliest. Please email support@salesharks.com for help.
You can only see one as the rest are in individual names, and until you set up your Network and Permissions, then you’ll only see one.

Once these two procedures are set up you will be able to renew them in one transaction; the alternative is to put them all in your name but for ballots such as for international tickets etc. you’d only get one entry.
If you are renewing your season ticket and want to change location, need to buy more, or need to change the price category eg. Adult to Senior, please contact support@salesharks.com before you renew.
Sign into your online account here. Once signed in click on the little person icon, then VIEW ACCOUNT MENU and on the menu select UPDATE DETAILS. You can then change your address and anything else you need to before you renew.
If you have never bought any type of Sale Sharks ticket then you will need to set up an e-ticketing account.
This link will take you to our online ticketing portal. If you click the little person icon on the top right of the screen (next to the basket icon) and then on the next page, click on ‘Register’, you can set up an account. Please don’t use an email address that is already on an account on the system as this will cause you issues as the accounts will clash.

This option is on the CHECKOUT page under Delivery Fulfilment. There are two options 45p digital or Physical Card £5 and you need to select that. If you have more than one season ticket, the system will automatically update the number you need. The season cards are reusable for the future seasons.
If you had a physical card last season but have moved seats. You will need to come to the ticket office and we will print you a new one.
Cards are available to collect from the Ticket Office if you are passing the stadium, you can call in Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm to pick your cards up. If you are unable to do that, then there will be a designated window at the ticket office at the first few matches so look out for the SEASON TICKET COLLECTION sign above one of the windows.
Please note, physical tickets will not be available until Summer 2024
Season Tickets cover the Premiership Rugby Cup, Gallagher Premiership, and European Cup matches; anything else such as Round 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, play-offs or finals aren’t included.
If you want to pass your ticket for a game onto someone else for them to use, email support@salesharks.com with their name and email address and we can forward your ticket on to them. If you need to upgrade a ticket e.g. from junior to adult, then this can be done on a match day at the Salford Stadium ticket office.
Alternatively, if you cannot attend a match, send us an email to say you can’t make X match, and that you’d like to use that ticket for Y match
The X match seat is then cancelled, and the ticket added to the Y match of their choice when available, and it is then emailed to them.

- It cannot be done retrospectively
- It must be requested no less than 48 hours before match day
- There is no monetary replacement
- Once moved it can’t be moved again
- Valid for Gallagher Premiership matches only
- Season Ticket holders only
- Multiple seat exchanges cannot be banked ie. Saved up and used at one match
- Subject to availability (especially in C&C Platinum)
