Why Support a Student?

Traditional classroom learning isn’t the right fit for every young person. In the North West, exclusion rates are higher than the national average, and many students face barriers to success in mainstream education. We are dedicated to addressing these challenges through rugby’s core values of; teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline, and sportsmanship.

We work with over 500 young people each week, helping them develop core skills, rediscover a love for learning, and find a path toward a brighter future. With your support, we can expand our reach and continue to transform lives.

Many of the young people we support face challenges such as behavioural difficulties, low self-esteem, and mental wellbeing struggles. Our interventions create a nurturing environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.
