We want everyone to feel like they have the opportunity to play rugby, we’re a one team club and want everyone to feel part of this fearless family. The sport has a number of key features such as building confidence, resilience and helping mental wellbeing.

Diversity & inclusive tag rugby is a non-contact version of the game so children and young people with disabilities and additional needs to learn the basics of rugby and make some great friends along the way; we want everyone to feel part of this growing rugby community.
