Matchday Experience

Q: What does a typical matchday hospitality package include?

A: Most packages include premium seating, pre-match and halftime refreshments, a gourmet meal, and exclusive access to our lounges alongside player appearances and entertainment.

Q: Are there any dress codes for hospitality areas?

A: A smart casual dress code must be followed by you and all Guests using a Hospitality Ticket (including children) and tracksuits and denims with rips, tears or bleaching are strictly not permitted. However, smart denim, trainers and replica home and away rugby shirts shall be permitted.  

Q: Can I bring children to the hospitality areas?

A: Yes, children are welcome in most hospitality areas. We offer family-friendly packages that include child-friendly meals.

Private Boxes

Q: What are the benefits of booking a private box?

A: Private boxes offer an exclusive experience with your own space, premium views of the pitch, a dedicated host, and personalized service. They are perfect for corporate entertaining or special celebrations.

Q: How many guests can a private box accommodate?

A: Our private boxes vary in size and can typically accommodate between 10-12 guests. Please contact our hospitality team for specific details.

Q: What are the prices for hospitality packages?

A: Prices vary depending on the package and the match. Detailed pricing information is available on our website or by contacting our hospitality team.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

Accessibility

Q: Are your hospitality areas accessible for guests with disabilities?

A: Yes, we strive to ensure our hospitality areas are accessible to all guests, as there are accessible lifts to our Suites and stairless seating available on our gantry. Please inform our team of any specific requirements when booking.

Q: Do you offer parking for hospitality guests?

A: Yes, 1 Complimentary parking space is provided per 4 guests. Details will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Ticketing

Q: How do i collect my hospitality tickets?

A: Tickets can be sent by email or left for collection on the day.

Tickets by email will be sent out the week of the match to the email address supplied by the lead booker or will be for collection in Reception under the lead booker’s name/business. Your guests will need to give the name of the booking to gain entry.

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

A: Our cancellation and change policies vary by package. Please review the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking or contact our hospitality team for assistance.

Q: Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?

A: Yes, Heathcote’s will be pleased to accommodate as much as possible. Please tell us minimum of 1 week in advance

Q: We our celebrating an event, is there anything you can offer on match day?

A: Yes, please send us any names or birthday ages etc for a call out in the Level 2 suite and we can arrange a celebration dessert plate also.

Q: Do you serve any non-alcoholic beer?

A: Yes – please advise us if you would like to place a large pre-order ahead of the day.

Q: Is there anyone who can help with anything on the day?

A: Yes, keep a look out for our Lifeguards who will be more than happy to help with any queries, we also have hostesses on hand in hospitality to assist with any queries.

Q: Is there a quiet room on site?

A: Yes, we have a quiet room for any supporters or guests that may need to escape the noise on the day located in the south stand, speak to a member of staff or a lifeguard and they will be able to assist on the day.

Q: Do you have a match day programme?

A: We do not have any printed programmes, but you can access our digital programme via the following QR code which you will see around the stadium on match days
