If you paid for your season ticket by Direct Debit in 2023/24, want to renew for 2024/25 and for the DD to continue then you don’t need to do anything; everything will be renewed automatically by Ticketmaster.

Your first 2024/25 DD payment will be on/around 1^st July ‘24 and the final one on/around 1^st June ’25, and the digital season tickets will be emailed out later in the summer. If you have a physical card then the 2024/25 season ticket will be uploaded to it electronically.

If you want to opt out of the season ticket and direct debit auto renewal you must email support@salesharks.com before 12^th April so we can do this for you. Opting out will cancel your season ticket and end your direct debit. Failure to notify us will mean your direct debit will continue and you will be charged. If you cancel then later decide to buy a season ticket by direct debit, you will pay the £10 set up fee.

If you buy a new Season Ticket or renew and change from card payment to the Direct Debit option before 14^th June 2024, the cost will be split over 12 months. Your first 2024/25 DD payment will be on/around 1^st July ‘24 and the final one on/around 1^st June ’25.

As an example, if you buy a West Stand Adult season ticket before 14^th June, it will be £471 plus £5 booking fee and 45p digital delivery so £476.45 in total. Over 12 months that will be approximately £39.70* per month. The number of monthly payments decreases each month so if you bought the same season ticket before 16^th August, you will have 10 monthly payments so £476.45 / 10 = £47.65* per month.

To pay for a new season ticket by Direct Debit, you will need to have purchased your season ticket before the date in the first column, and the payment will be taken from your bank account on the date in the second column. If you miss a payment, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster and will need to bring your payments up to date. Until that is done, your season ticket will be suspended and you will be unable to attend any matches.
