Sharks Women co-captain Georgie Perris-Redding starts for the first time this season while new signings Amber Schonert and Minori Yamamoto are named as replacements for the visit to Trailfinders Women on Friday night (KO 6.30pm).
Red Rose Detysha Harper will start in the front row against the PWR newcomers, while Ireland international full-back Vicky Irwin will make her 50th Sharks appearance.
In the Sharks front-row, Catie Benson lines up alongside Harper and hooker Niamh Swailes.
Italian international Sara Tounesi and Iona Antwis team up again in the second-row with Rachel McLachlan, the returning Perris-Redding and Morwenna Talling (number 8) in the back-row.
Sian Jones and Sarah Law are the half-backs and outside them, Italian Beatrice Rigoni lines up inside Eti Haungatau in the centres.
Nikita Prothero and co-captain Lauren Delany start on the wings with kicking machine Irwin lining up at full-back.
Molly Kelly is named up on the bench once again and she’ll offer front row cover along with Anne Young and debutant Schonert.
Polly Bowman and Jo Brown are the other forwards replacements, while Jess Taylor-Roberts, Yamamoto and Laura Perrin will cover the backs.
