Sale Sharks take on Saracens on April 25, and while there’ll be plenty of attention on what’s happening ON the pitch, off it there’s plenty at stake too as the club and the Sale Sharks Foundation team up once again for the second annual Foundation Day.
The special day will celebrate and raise vital funds to support the life-changing work done by the Foundation in schools and communities right across the North West.
Sharks fans coming to the game will have a chance to join first team players and staff in signing a community wall of pride, play rugby darts and take pictures on a backdrop with Sharks players and legends.
And through a raffle and silent auction packed with money-can’t-buy prizes, the Foundation is hoping to raise much-needed funds to make sure they can continue to change the lives of people all over the region.
This past year has presented unprecedented challenges for households across Sale and the wider North West region, emphasising the crucial role our Foundation plays in supporting local communities during times of need.
With a commitment to making a positive impact, the Foundation has proudly touched the lives of over 40,000 people over the past three years, fostering connections and opportunities through the power of sport. The mission is clear: to use rugby as a vehicle for positive change, promoting education, health, and wellbeing in our communities.
The Foundation believes in being at the heart of our community, especially during tough times, and our Foundation Day serves as a testament to this dedication. It’s a day to rally together, celebrate shared values, and raise vital funds to continue our life-changing work.

The Foundation Day Big Raffle:
- Huge prizes up for grabs, including our ever-popular Golden Ticket Experience, which offers a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to be a Shark. Purchase tickets online or get physical tickets at the Northampton match on March 28th and on the day of the match against Saracens. - Anyone making an online donation via the website, from online Sale Sharks ticket sales, or via our online Foundation Day campaign will be automatically included in a prize draw to win a season ticket for the 2025/2026 season.
