Red Rose Morwenna Talling makes her first Sharks start while US Eagle Eti Haungatau returns from a ban as Rachel Taylor’s side look to bounce back from their round one defeat when they host Harlequins at the Corpaq Stadium (7pm KO, Saturday 25th November).
After scoring on her debut last week, Italian international Beatrice Rigoni switches to fly-half while winger Nikita Prothero also starts for the first time in the league since her switch from Loughborough Lightning.
In the Sharks front-row, prop Nick James comes in to start alongside Catie Benson and hooker Niamh Swailes.
Italian international Sara Tounesi lines up once again alongside Iona Antwis in the second-row with Jo Brown joining Rachel McLachlan and co-captain Talling (number 8) in the back-row.
Scotland international Mhairi Grieve starts at scrum-half with Rigoni for company at fly-half, and outside them, co-captain Katana Howard is joined by international teammate Haungatau in the centres.
Hollie Bawden and Prothero start on the wings with Vicky Irwin lining up at full-back.
Molly Kelly lines up on the bench once again and ahe’ll offer front row cover along with Anne Young and England international Detysha Harper.
Alycia Washington and Jasmine Hazell are the other forwards replacements, while Sian Jones, Sarah Law and Rachael Woosey will cover the backs.
