The Academy has been designed to lay the foundations for a successful career as either a Client Manager or Financial Adviser at Franklyn by being coached through the CII Diploma Exams, whilst being provided with first-class training to develop the right skillset needed for the industry.
Franklyn are now on the lookout for the first group of individuals to join the team ready to start their Academy journey in June 2021.
