Wilson & Curry retained by England for Wales clash

Mark Wilson has been named in the England squad to face Wales in their penultimate 2020 Six Nations fixture.

An integral part of England’s run to the Rugby World Cup final in 2019, Wilson moved to the Sharks to remain in England contention and has successfully done so with Eddie Jones selecting him in the 25-man squad to face Wales on Saturday 7th March.

The Flanker has recently returned from injury and made his first Sharks start in the crushing 36-3 over Leicester Tigers last Friday. After proving his fitness for the full 80 minutes England head coach Eddie Jones recalled him into a 50-man training squad in Oxford earlier this week before announcing his inclusion in the squad to face Wales.

Wilson will join link-up with fellow Sharks star Tom Curry in the squad. Curry who is still just 21 has started every match in the tournament so far.
