Sir Clive Woodward said: "He was brave and tough, and they kept him on for a long time. You didn't see too much of him with ball in hand, but his defence and tackling was fantastic. You've got to remember, he's 18, he's underweight and under-powered, In two/three years time, he will become even more of a fantastic player, it was a dream performance from him"

Jerry Guscott said: "We cannot forget he's 18. He's held his own in the Prem, showed his quality, and it's continuing at international level which is brilliant."
