Over the weekend, two Sale Sharks players made their World Cup 2015 debuts.
On Saturday afternoon, TJ Ioane played the full 80 minutes in Samoa's 46-6 defeat against South Africa at Villa Park, Birmingham. He had a superb game, making 24 tackles in the game, with a 96% tackle success rate. He also got two turnovers. One of the 24 tackles includes a bone-crunching tackle on Adrian Strauss,

The defeat leaves Samoa in third place in Pool B, with them taking on Japan on Saturday at stadium:mk in Milton Keynes, kick off is at 2.30pm.
Phil Mackenzie started for Canada in their defeat against Italy on Saturday at Elland Road, Leeds. He played the full 80 minutes, and had a try disallowed due to a forward pass.
He made 75metres as well, and helped assist Canada's first try in the second half. You can see this and the rest of the highlights for this game on

The result leaves Canada in fourth place in Pool D. Their next game is on Thursday at stadium: mk, kick off 4.45pm.
